There was an art gallery and it was called the Macan Museum. Man, there were SOOO many cool artworks, but these are the highlights. The description is on the bottom of the pictures. Not on the top. This is my fifth favourite. It was made to show chemical-like colour. I forgot the name because it was SOOOOO long. I think it's cute. I want to try to paint that. This is my fourth favourite. I love the collage and how this person made it so retro styled. I like the photos of the fans. These three are all my second favourites. I couldn't pick the best! The painting of the sofa on the left actually also has the dimensions on it and it looks so cool. The globe in the middle is so beautiful because it look's like a bit of it is sinking in the ground. The flags on the right is actually an ant farm. You see the lines? They are actually tunnels. For ANTS!!!! If you go to macan museum you can't see the lines that clear but there are a few rips in the flags so you can see ants walking through. This is my first favourite. It is called the infinity room. The woman that made this had autism where she always saw colourful dots. She made this so we could see what she does. How it looks like a million dot is they just added mirrors all over. You can go inside for forty-five seconds, and then go out. P.S.: If you try going inside the room there is a platform you can stand up on but it's surrounded by really cold water. So DON'T trip over to get frostbite on your behind. I've alway's wondered what art is. these are my top two explanations.
1. Art is how you express yourself. Might just be a squirt of paint on a piece of paper, but hey, it's art! 2. Art is what you think is art. Some of my friend's think poetry is not art, so it is correct in their opinion. On the other hand, I think poetry is art so in this case it is. Art is your opinion if it is or isn't.

This is a documentary review about about a film called I am 11. If you want to watch it (I suggest you do), click this. *I am eleven is a very to the subject film about eleven year olds talking about their lives. If i'm not mistaken, these are the eleven year olds I can remember: -Very mature French guy that loves well, love, and hates racism. -Indian girl from poor orphanage but somehow always has a smile on her face. -Europe autist that has photographic memory about the dates of important things that happened in his life. -Girl that has a funny sense of humour. This one of the quotes she said : "In some part of my life, there will be a boy that says this (kneels) 'I've only known you for two hours but will you marry me'?" (Forgot where she comes from.) -Korean girl who is very mature. -Boy from Pakistan that rides elephants in a orphanage. -Half Irish half Aboriginal girl who lives in a flat with her dad. -Manado (I think) boy that gets bullied but is like, SUPER nice. -Boy from Pakistan that works with the boy that rides elephants. -German girl who is VERY mysterious. *The kids in the film like being eleven because: -They don't want to grow up. -One girl said this, (I like being eleven because you're number one twice.) -They don't have to worry about marrying (which some of them are nervous about.) *The reason a lady traveled the world to film these eleven year olds is because: -Her dad died in a car crash and there was a natural disaster that killed over 200,000 people, so she remembered the age where she didn't have to worry about these things. The days when she was, eleven. *These are the main things the eleven year olds talk about: -France boy=love -Indian girl=friendship -Europe boy=friendship and future -Funny girl=daily routine and future -Korean girl=Korean culture -Pakistan boy=elephant riding -Aboriginal girl=bonds -Manado boy=getting bullied -German girl=????? *Their concerns were: -France boy=racism -Indian girl=war and going out of orphanage -Europe boy=marriage -Funny girl=????? -Korean girl=war -Pakistan boy=????? -Aboriginal girl=losing her dad -Manado boy=????? -German girl=????? I had a good time with this because I got to test if younger children are easier to bribe than older children. It was fun to work with the year fives and year twos. On the same time, my reliable friend Dasha helped me whenever I needed her. We actually got to be mischievous without getting into trouble!
These are the five reasons why I enjoyed this (In order) 1. I chose the experiment which is younger children are easier to bribe than older children, which mean you can actually see them do embarrassing things! 2. We skipped math (YAY!!!!!) 3. We got to hang out with a bunch of cute little babies! (Awhhhh!!!!) 4. We secretly ate a coca cola gummy each! Shhhhhh! 5. We get to blog about it later! I learned that younger children are slightly easier to bribe with candy than older children, and that they have some pretty feisty dance moves! On my next experiment, I want to test the smell and taste abilities. How? Well, I am going to prove that smell can trick taste by getting an apple and onion, and hold an apple slice below the people's nose when we're actually going to feed them an onion. Then, they're hopefully going to smell the apple and eat the onion without any problem. Then, we'll hold an onion slice below their noses but going to feed them an apple and they hopefully will refuse to eat the apple. Then, we'll tell them what we did and they'll be like, "WHAT???!!!" So um.... Adios my people! |
